Indoor Air Quality/Allergen/Mold & Particulate Testing

Indoor air quality, allergen, dust mites, particulate testing, mold/air and surface confirmation sampling. All inspections and detailed custom reporting are performed by experienced Certified Hygienists using the right tools for the job. Residential, commercial, and industrial properties!

Did you know that the CMC (Council-Certified Microbial Consultant/CMC) is a high-level certification for professionals that are experienced at inspecting properties for mold. The certification is offered by the American Council for Accredited Certification (ACAC).

Not everyone qualifies to become a Council-certified Microbial Consultant (CMC). The ACAC requires applicants to have 8 years of field experience in mold inspection and sampling or 4 years if you have a 4-year college degree in science, engineering, or related field. Moisture Evaluations

Thermal camera imaging, moisture detection using calibrated in-field diagnostic equipment available for residential, commercial, industrial properties. Detailed timely professional reporting.

Asbestos Testing

Currently only available in Maryland. Bulk sampling for asbestos confirmation. (Example: “popcorn” textured ceilings, floor tile), air testing for abatement clearance. All inspections performed by MD State Certified Asbestos Inspectors. 12-24 hour turnaround available on all samples (Please call for details/pricing).

Crawlspace Inspections/Home Interior Inspections

Over 25 years’ experience in crawlspace inspections for Real Estate Transactions, Property Management, or Homeowners. We specialize in third party unbiased crawlspace inspections for both mold and moisture concerns (full house & attics too). Full reporting with listed recommendations that allow for comparison bidding for remediation or repair, if needed. All inspections performed by Environmental Hygienists. Odors/VOC Testing/Sewage

Have a nuisance odor issue (ex., cat urine odor)? We can help identify it. Both visual inspection and proper laboratory testing can assist in identifying most odors.
