About Coastal Environmental Consulting Services

Since graduating from college in 1987, I’ve gained extensive experience across nearly every facet of the environmental consulting field. My work has included conducting Environmental Site Assessments at EPA Superfund Sites throughout the United States, collecting asbestos samples, and surveying the World Trade Center. I also spent several years performing Indoor Air Quality Evaluations (private/public sector) and lead‑based paint assessments as part of a Government HUD Childhood Lead Poisoning Grant.

I was fortunate to be mentored early in my career by some of the best professionals in the industry. They instilled in me the importance of being professional, punctual, and honest with clients — principles that consistently lead to the best results.

In 2001, my family and I moved from the city to the shore, settling in Ocean Pines/Berlin, Maryland. Since then, I’ve been proud to provide a much‑needed service to homeowners, realtors, and local builders across the Eastern Shore. I offer certified environmental consulting specializing in mold, moisture, and indoor air quality inspections, delivering unbiased, cost‑effective recommendations that help ensure healthy, safe living environments.
